How to make
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180 °C) and grease an oval cake form, with a diameter of 10″ (25 cm), then lay it out with baking paper. In a water bath, carefully and slightly melt 6 oz (175 g) chocolate, the butter and sugar, and let the mixture cool.
Separately, beat egg yolks and add them to the chocolate mixture. Next come the flour, nuts and remaining chocolate pieces.
Separately, whip the egg whites to snow and gently mix them with the chocolate mixture. Pour the mixture into the form and put it to bake in a preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes until a crust forms on top. Remove the brownie cake and let it cool.
Then invert it onto a tray to release it from the form. Make a decoration of raspberries and chocolate strips, prepared from the dissolved 1-2 tablespoons cocoa. What I did was I poured the mixture into a plastic bag, then I carefully cut off the corner to get a makeshift pastry bag.
