How to make
Cut the walnuts in chunks. Add water in a saucepan and place it on the stove. Chop the broccoli into small pieces and blanch them in salted water so that they remain slightly crunchy.
Strain them and put them in a bowl. Heat olive oil in a pan on the stove and fry the chopped walnuts.
Add thinly sliced garlic cloves and your desired amount of salt and stir.
Pour as much balsamic as you like and mix very well. Remove from the heat and pour it into the bowl with the broccoli and stir well so that the vegetable salad can absorb the the walnuts, olive oil and other flavors.
The salad with broccoli and walnuts is ready.
