"Supposedly just for snacking, but it became so delicious that we attacked it with our forks"

Ingredients

  • zucchini - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • cheese - 4.2 oz (120 g)
  • cottage cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • cream cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • cheese - 2 oz (60 g) hard, ripe, aromatic (Parmesan type)
  • lemons - 1/2. juice
  • black pepper - 2 pinches
  • salt - 1 pinch or to taste
  • thyme - 1 pinch or to taste
  • oregano - 1 pinch
  • dill - 2 pinches, dried
  • hot pepper - 1 pinch or to taste freshly ground flakes
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp. extra virgin

How to make

1. Wash the zucchini, cut off the edges, and cut into pieces. Cut the cheese, hard cheese, and garlic, removing the core.

2. Put all the products in a blender together with the salt, the spices, lemon juice, cottage cheese, and cream cheese.

3. Blend for 20 seconds, do not make it too fine.

If necessary, add more spices and lemon juice, but be careful not to dilute the dip.

4. Serve with toasted bread slices with olive oil.
