How to make
Wash the zucchini and cut it into thin slices 0.5 cm thick. Place the slices in a bowl together with the crushed garlic cloves, salt, and pepper to taste.
Stir gently and set aside for 15 minutes.
Prepare the breadcrumbs by beating the eggs and adding the cream to them and stirring. Add salt, flour, and grated cheese, mix until smooth.
Separately on a plate put flour to roll the zucchini.
Heat more oil over medium heat, roll the zucchini first in the flour, and then dip in the breadcrumbs. Fry until golden brown (done quickly) and arrange them on kitchen paper to drain off the excess fat.
Prepare your delicious garlic sauce by combining all the ingredients and mixing them very well. Leave the sauce in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, before serving.
Serve the breaded zucchini with the sauce.
