Put the rice in boiling salted water. Once boiled, let it cool. Cut the celery into pieces, the onions into slices, peppers - small strips, mushrooms - in halves.
Sauté the vegetables in a little hot butter for about 10 minutes, add the pork and fry until golden brown. Pour in the tomato juice, sprinkle with salt, black pepper and chili sauce.
Let it boil for 10 minutes, add the cooked rice and season. Garnish with parsley.
