Ingredients

  • salmon - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • potatoes - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • tomatoes - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • leek - 7 oz (200 g)
  • heavy cream - 2 and 1/2 cups
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • parsley
  • dill
  • black pepper - by taste

How to make

The potatoes are cleaned and cut into small cubes, as well as the salmon. Cut the leek into rings and grate the carrot.

Peel the tomatoes and dice them. Add oil in a pan and fry the onions and carrots in it.

Then add the tomatoes and fry them slightly. Then pour 1 liter of water and bring to a boil.

When the water boils, add the potatoes, a little salt and cook the soup for 15 minutes.

Only then add the salmon and heavy cream and cook for another 3 minutes. When serving the fish soup, sprinkle with finely chopped dill and parsley.

The salmon soup is ready.
