Ingredients

  • button mushrooms - 9 oz (250 g)
  • dill - 1/2 sprig
  • garlic - 3 - 4 cloves
  • olive oil
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Wash and cut the mushrooms into slices. In a deep pan, heat the olive oil and add the mushrooms.

Stir and cook until the mushrooms soften and the water they release evaporates.

Add the crushed garlic, pepper and, salt to taste. After removing them from the pan, sprinkle with chopped dill.

They can be served both hot and cold.
