Ingredients

  • spaghetti - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • chicken breast - 2/3 lb (300 g)
  • mushrooms - 6 oz (170 g), a small jar
  • smoked meat - 5.3 oz (150 g), ham
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves
  • heavy cream - 2 and 1/2 cups (500 ml)
  • salt - to taste
  • ground black pepper - to taste
  • savory herb - to taste
  • basil - to taste
  • olive oil - 4 - 5 tbsp.

How to make

Boil the pasta. To prevent it from sticking, once you drain it you can add 2 tbsp. of hot olive olive oil.

For the sauce, saute the chicken in olive oil, add the mushrooms, garlic, ham, herbs and spices.

When all the ingredients are cooked, add the heavy cream and cook for a few minutes until the desired consistency is achieved.

You can also try adding vegetables to the sauce such as corn, peas, gherkins, or a mix of vegetables.

This pasta is delicious, could go with a glass of chilled white wine!
