How to make
Cut the chicken into thin strips.
Peel the vegetables and cut them properly - zucchini, carrots, and peppers into strips, tomatoes, potatoes, and onions - into slices, mushrooms - into slices.
Roast all the vegetables (excluding the tomatoes) on a grill pan. Roast the mushrooms and the chicken fillet.
Grease the sač with oil, arrange the tomato rings and the mushroom slices.
Arrange the remaining vegetables.
Arrange the chicken on top and add the marinated mushrooms. Season with salt and vegetable seasoning.
Put the sač in the oven / the oven must be cold when you put it so that it does not crack /. Bake for about 30 minutes at 390°F (200 degrees).
Just before it has finished cooking, sprinkle generously with cheese and continue cooking the sač with chicken until the cheese melts.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
