How to make
Chop the onions and carrots and stew them in oil and some water. After softening, sprinkle them with paprika and flour, add the peas, a little more hot water and salt.
Add the chopped potatoes. Also add the chopped garlic cloves and peppercorns, then the preserved tomatoes. Boil on low heat until the potatoes are ready and serve with chopped parsley.
