How to make
Beat the eggs, then add the crumbled feta cheese, butter, rusks, milk, yoghurt, parsley and salt successively.
Stir the mixture well and pour it into a buttered earthenware pot. Bake in a hot oven at 430°F (220 °C).
Serve warm.
