How to make
Peel the squashes and shred them using a coarse grater. Break the eggs and mix with the flour, add the crumbled feta cheese, squashes, as well as the finely cut dill, salt and black pepper.
Pour the entire mixture into a pan that has already been oiled and spread with flour.
Bake at 370°F (190 °C) until it reaches a rosy glow. At that point, sprinkle on the cheese and leave in the oven for another 5-6 minutes.
Serve the dish warm or cool.
