Ingredients

  • mince - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • macaroni - 1 pack
  • onions - 1 head
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • feta cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • pickles - 3
  • tomato paste - 1 small jar, about 4/5 cup (175 grams)
  • peppers - 2 fresh
  • mushrooms - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • carrots - 2
  • butter
  • savory
  • black pepper
  • stock - 2 cubes, optional

How to make

While the noodles are boiling along with 2 stock cubes that have been dissolved in a little hot water, fry the onion, vegetables, minced meat and spices in a little oil.

In a large pan, spread pasta, pour the remaining filling in and top it with more pasta, then crumble the cheese, put strips of pickles in it and sprinkle it with grated cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
