How to make
In a pan, heat oil and fry the finely chopped onions in it. Once tender, add chopped garlic cloves. After 3 minutes, sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon, black pepper and dried mint.
Add diced tomatoes, salt, 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice and the half boiled green beans. Top all of this off with beef broth. Once the dish comes to a boil, leave it to stew with the lid on, at a low heat setting, until ready.
