Ingredients

  • yeast - 1.
  • flour - 2.21 lb (1 kg)
  • eggs - 2.
  • yogurt - 3 - 4 tbsp
  • hot water - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • margarine - 2 tbsp

How to make

The yeast is mixed with warm water and 1-2 tbsp flour and leave it in a warm place to rise. Mix eggs (separate one yolk), and other products.

To these, add yeast. Mix dough and leave it to rise. Having rested, move again and cut it into small balls that spread strung on a roll and line up in the tray.

The tortillas are smeared with egg yolk and left to rise again. Dust with sesame seeds and bake in a moderate oven.
