Ingredients

  • chicken breasts - 2
  • mustard - 2 tablespoons
  • olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • beer - 2 tablespoons
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • turmeric - 1 pinch
  • mushrooms - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • butter - 1/3 cup (80 g)
  • parsley - 1/3 bunch, crushed

How to make

Form steaks from the chicken breasts and gently tenderize them. Combine the beer, mustard, olive oil with spices and marinate the chicken for 40 minutes. Arrange it in a tray and add a little more olive oil and a little more beer. Roast the meat in foil.

Heat a little olive oil and the butter in a pan. Put the cleaned and sliced mushrooms to sauté until tender and add 2 cloves of crushed garlic.

Finally, season the mushrooms with salt to taste, then add black pepper and a little nutmeg. Serve the chicken steaks with mushrooms and a little chopped parsley.
