How to make
Coat the bottom of a small pan with oil and spread a thin layer of chutney. Thereon distribute minced meat blending with pre soaked and drained bread, eggs and spices.
Chop the mushrooms and add them evenly on top, then top them with the rest of the mince.
Cut the dish with a knife into square pieces or make slits to the bottom with a fork. Top with beaten egg, sprinkle with cheese and put to bake in a moderate oven.
