Ingredients

  • eggs - 6
  • sugar - 10 tbsp
  • flour - 14 tablespoons
  • baking powder - 1
  • marmalade - 1 2/5 cups (350 g)
  • oil - 2 tsp
  • powdered sugar - for sprinkling

How to make

Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the flour sifted with the baking powder. Pour the mixture into a square baking dish, covered with baking paper and greased with the oil.

Spread it evenly throughout the dish. Bake in a preheated 370°F (190 °C) oven until slightly pink.

Take it out of the oven and while still warm, invert it onto a wet cloth. Remove the baking paper.

While still warm, spread it with marmalade and roll it up. Once cool, sprinkle it with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
