How to make
Make a mixture of sugar, eggs, rum, oil and milk. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and allspice.
Gently mix the two mixtures, stir, add the finely chopped peaches and pour the mixture into the prepared muffin trays. Preheat the oven to 360°F (180 °C) and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
