How to make
Sift flour and mix the pre beaten eggs, fresh milk, oil, sugar and 1-2 pinches of salt. Stir vigorously until you get a uniform mixture.
Grab 1 ladle of the mixture and fry fluffy pancakes. Each pancake is topped with Morelo cherries and then rolled.
Optionally we can garnish with whipped cream and chocolate topping, once ready.
