Ingredients

  • garlic - 1 clove
  • butter - 1/5 cup (60 g)
  • flour - 1/2 cup
  • milk - 1 1/2 cup
  • pecorino - 1 cup, grated
  • white cheese - 1 cup
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • sherry - 4 tablespoons or dessert wine
  • bread - French bread for serving

How to make

Rub the fondue pot with garlic. Melt butter, add flour and stir and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Slowly top up with milk while stirring. Add the cheeses and stir gently until the blend thickens.

Finally, season with salt and pour in the sherry. Serve the fondue with bread bites.
