How to make
Asparagus is cut into pieces with a length of 0.8″ (2 cm) - 1″ (2.5 cm) and cooked about 12-15 minutes in salted water to which we added a pinch of sugar and 1 teaspoon of oil.
Mince the bacon and fry it in a frying pan. Beat the eggs with milk. Gradually add flour and 1 pinch salt.
To the mixture, add the drained and split asparagus, chopped dandelion leaves and the cooked bacon. Stir and cook 4 pieces of these aromatic pancakes.
Serve warm with a side of green salad.
