  • goat cheese - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • olive oil - 2 1/2 cups (600 ml)
  • olives - 3.5 oz (100 g) black and / or green

  • rosemary - 2 - 3 sprigs
  • bay leaves - 1
  • lemon zest - rind of 1

How to make

Cut the cheese into pieces and put it in jars. Cover it with olive oil and add the pitted olives.

Boil water and blanch the peeled cloves of garlic, chili pepper, thyme, rosemary and grated lemon rind for 1-2 minutes.

Remove them from the water and add them to the cheese and olives. Thus prepared, put the jars away in the fridge.

After 48 hours, they are ready for consumption. You can keep them in the refrigerator up to 1 week.

The flavored olive oil can be used for salads.
