"For an aromatic refreshment during the heat wave, make this Fruit Smoothie."

Ingredients

  • bananas - 1
  • strawberries - 6 - 7 frozen
  • peaches - 1 sliced frozen
  • blueberries - 5 - 6 frozen
  • orange juice - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • rosé - 2/3 cup (150 ml) sparkling or still
  • honey - 2 - 3 tablespoons or to taste
  • ice - 6 - 7 ice cubes

How to make

Cut the bananas and together with all the other fruits (frozen), puree them in a blender or food processor until you get a smooth fruity nectar.

Pour in the orange juice, sparkling wine and honey. Blend again. Strain the finished fruit smoothie if you wish and serve in glasses with ice and decorated with sliced fruit.

Optionally, you can add a ball of ice cream in each cup.
