  • milk - 1 cup
  • cocoa - 1 tbsp.
  • peanut butter - 1 tbsp.
  • instant coffee - 1 1/2 tsp.
  • raspberries - 2.2 oz (60 g)
  • oats - 2.2 oz (60 g)
  • chia - 2 tbsp.

How to make

Mix the banana with the cocoa, peanut butter, coffee and milk into a blender jug and blend them.
