How to make
Boil the rice in salted water and drain it. Put the cabbage leaves to blanch in the same water to soften. Allow them to drain.
Grind both meats and mix them with rice, egg, salt, spices, crushed and fried in 1 tbsp oil, onion, cubed bacon. Rub with crushed garlic, cabbage leaves, turn the leaves, place them in the hot oil and put them to bake.
Grilling them takes water and sauce. Serve cold as an appetizer. If prepared with more stuffing, make them as a main.
