How to make
Knead a smooth dough from the sifted flour, salt, while gradually adding cool water. The dough must be elastic. Allow it to rest a little.
Roll out the dough in a thin layer with a thickness of 1 1/4″ (3 cm), prick it with a fork and put in a moderate oven to bake.
Immediately after baking, smear the pita with plenty of honey and serve.
