How to make
Peel the apples and grate them coarsely. Beat the eggs with the sugar and oil.
Add the apples, walnuts, flour, cinnamon, baking powder and pinch of salt.
Stir everything well. Pour it into a cake tin (26 cm) with a nonstick coating or an oiled and sprinkled with flour one.
Bake the apple cake at 320°F (160°C) for 30-40 min. Once it cools a bit, smear it with jam. Optionally, serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
