Clean the mushrooms, cut them into pieces and boil them in salted water. Separately, fry 1 finely chopped onion head with 1 tablespoon flour in the butter. Sprinkle the roux with paprika, dilute it with a little hot water and pour it over the mushrooms.
Stir, add the nutmeg and allow the broth to boil. Once you remove it from the heat, add the chopped dill, parsley and sprinkle a little black pepper. Serve the mushroom soup with a crumbled boiled egg.
