  • potatoes - 11 oz (300 g) to 14 oz (400 g) mashed
  • eggs - 1

  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • mince - 14 oz (400 g)
  • butter - 2 oz (50 g)
  • peas - 5.5 oz (150 g) green
  • carrots - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • flour - 1 tsp
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • oregano
  • savory
  • cheese - optional

How to make

Put the potatoes be cooked on a hot plate. In parallel, chop onion and fry it briefly with minced meat and less fat over high heat. Cut the other vegetables, add them along with the spices - salt, pepper, oregano and savory.

Add some hot water and mix. Puree the already boiled potatoes, butter, and cool by addinh a beaten egg. In a greased tray, distribute vegetable stuffing with minced meat, top with mashed potatoes.

Bake the souffle for half an hour at 390°F (200 °C). Shortly before removing, sprinkle with grated cheese.
