Beat the eggs, add ammonia soda and baking soda to the yogurt and add the eggs. Stir and add the sugar, fat, vanilla, then grated lemon rind.
Gradually pour and mix the flour and knead to a soft dough that does not make for hard cookies. The dough should not be sticky.
This dough is rolled out and cut with cookie shapes. Spread the top with egg yolk and sprinkle it with sugar, then bake it.
