How to make
Take one crust, anoint it with melted butter using a brush, then bend and anoint it with oil. Sprinkle the beaten eggs with crumbled cheese and soda. Close the pastries and arrange them in a buttered baking dish.
Coat thoroughly with the remaining butter and soak gently and thoroughly with fresh milk. Place them to bake at 370°F (190 °C), up to a nice tan.
