How to make
Peel the potatoes and cut into slices lengthwise. Rub with salt, black pepper and paprika.
Cut the cheese and feta cheese into slices.
Smear a round tray with a little butter, arrange the potato slices, feta cheese and cheese slices on top, overlapping them.
Alternate - potato, cheese, potato, feta cheese and so on. Fill the whole tray. Cut the remaining butter into slices on top and place them all over. Sprinkle a little more paprika on top.
Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven. Once the potatoes soften, turn the oven up.
Sprinkle the chopped green spices and bake until golden.
