How to make
Mix the sugar, egg yolks, flour and a little bit of milk in a bowl. Stir very well and add the vanilla.
Put the remaining milk in a pot with the orange peel and boil. Temper both mixtures slowly and carefully. Return them to the pot and stir until thickened.
Leave the prepared cream to cool and then mix it thoroughly with the whipped cream. Distribute it into dessert bowls and allow it to cool.
You can serve it with fruits of your choice.
