Ingredients

  • milk - 1 2/3 cups (400 ml) cow's
  • sugar - 1 cup (250 g)
  • chocolate - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • gelatin - 1 oz (35 g)
  • vanilla - 1 packet
  • strawberries - for garnish (or other fruits)

How to make

Put the milk on the stove, being careful not to let it boil.

Once it is heated well, add the sugar and stir until dissolved. Add the grated chocolate and vanilla. Prepare the gelatin separately in a water bath until it becomes a thick liquid and add it to the milk.

Remove the mixture from heat and immerse it in a cold water bath several times. Distribute the cream into bowls, garnish it with fruit and place it in the refrigerator.
