How to make
On the bottom of a buttered baking dish put 1/4 of a package of pie crusts. Sprinkle the top lightly with oil and place the cut into small cubes and pre-salted potatoes. On them, evenly add ham, cut into pieces and sprinkled with herbs and pepper.
Top with spinach leaves. Sprinkle the dish with a little oil, add another 1/4 sheets, and prick with a fork. Soak with a mix made from eggs, milk and flour and put it to bake up to a delicious tan.
