How to make
Wash the piece of meat thoroughly and put it in a tray. Add salt and pour 1 cup of water. Grill in a moderate oven until the water evaporates, then pour warm oil over the meat.
Continue to grill until the meat becomes tender, occasionally pour a little warm water into the sides of the tray.
Serve the meat cut into pieces and sprinkled with the sauce from the tray. Garnish with green salad and/or potatoes.
