How to make
Prepare the marinade 3 hours ahead of time, in order to soak the pork belly.
The other important thing is not to tenderize the meat. Do not add salt to the marinade.
Mash the garlic with the spices. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well.
Soak the well washed pork belly in the marinade and leave it to sit in the fridge for 3-5 hours.
Then transfer them to an oiled tray. Bake at 390°F (200°C) for 30-40 min.
