"A very quick, easy and exceptionally successful risotto that you can have for dinner or even serve as a garnish."

Ingredients

  • rice - 1 1/2 cups
  • chicken broth - 2 cubes
  • oil - 1 - 2 tbsp
  • vegetable mix - corn, broccoli, carrots, peas
  • onions - 2 heads
  • spearmint - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - 1 tsp

How to make

Chop the onions finely, braise for about 2 min. in the hot oil and add the vegetables.

Braise for 1 min. and add a little water in order to saute the vegetables until softened, then season them.

Add the washed rice and crumbled chicken broth.
