  • chicken broth - 1 liter
  • rice - 12 oz (350 g) (for risotto)
  • white wine - 1 cup (sparkling)
  • gruyere - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • fontina - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • gorgonzola - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • parmesan - 1.7 oz (50 g)

How to make

Melt the butter, add the onion and stew it for 3 minutes. Pour half of the boiling broth into a pot, add the onion and rice and stew them until the rice begins to soften.
