  • margarine - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)
  • broth - 1/3 cup (80 ml)
  • tomato paste - 2 tbsp
  • flour - 1 tsp

How to make

The fillets are cleaned, washed and salted. Cover each piece with smoked bacon, roll it up into a roulade and tie it.

Saute in the heated margarine, while also adding a little broth at a time. Add the tomato paste, flour and black pepper to the liquid and make a sauce.
