How to make
Beat the butter and sugar to a light foam and gradually add the egg yolks while continuously beating. Sift the flour with the baking powder and baking soda and mix with the remaining mixture.
Add the milk, grated chocolate and ground peanuts. To the homogenized mixture, carefully add the beaten to snow egg whites.
Pour the mixture into a tray that you've covered with baking paper and buttered. Put the cake to bake in a preheated low oven for an hour and 15 minutes.
Cut the finished cake into square or round pieces. On top, pour on a glaze made from the melted together cocoa, the starch, dissolved in part of the milk, the remaining milk and sugar.
