  • chickpeas - 1 can
  • tahini - 2 tbsp
  • lemon juice - 3 tbsp
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • salt
  • cumin
  • black pepper
  • olive oil
  • parsley

How to make

Put the drained chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic and spices in a blender or mixer bowl and blend.

If the mixture is too dry, add a little juice from the can or a little yogurt.

Spread it out into a thin layer on a serving plate, sprinkle with olive oil and chopped parsley and garnish with slices of lemon and tomato.
