  • rice - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • asparagus - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • oil - 1 tbsp
  • broth - 4 1/5 cups (1 L)
  • water - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • salt
  • butter - 1 tbsp
  • parsley

How to make

Thoroughly wash the rice and stew it in the preheated oil. Add the broth. Once it’s boiling, remove it from the heat and leave for 20 minutes to absorb the water.

Peel and cut the asparagus into pieces and boil it in salted water. Add it to the rice. Salt to taste, add the butter and parsley.
