How to make
Beat the egg yolks with the honey and add the chocolate and vanilla. Sift the flour with baking powder and add it to the yolks. Separately beat the egg whites with a little sugar, into snow.
Gently and gradually add the egg yolks and mix. Spread this mixture into a rectangular baking dish, covered with baking paper and put it in to bake in moderately heated oven. Beat soft butter with jam and honey for the filling.
The baked crust is put on a damp cloth and wrapped into a roll. Allow it to cool slightly. Unwrap, spread with the filling and wrap, then carefully peel off the paper.
Tighten with a towel for 20 minutes. Place put the roll in a suitable tray. Brush it with a brush with slightly warm liquid honey and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
