How to make
Cut the eggplant, zucchini and potatoes into rings and fry them. In the remaining oil, fry the finely chopped onion and garlic.
Arrange the fried rings in an oven dish and between the layers, sprinkle with the fried mixture of onions and garlic. Top it all off with the grated tomatoes.
Add water and bake in a preheated oven.
