How to make
Roll out the puff pastry slightly into a sheet (3 cm) and cut it into small squares. Halfway through each of them, put a mixture of nuts and cocoa, then close into triangles.
Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 °C) until browned. With one part water and two parts sugar, a syrup is made.
After baking, the syrup is added and the treats sprinkled with chopped hazelnuts or other nuts.
