Lasagna is a national Italian dish, which is made from pasta sheets made out of pasta dough - or pasta. It is prepared by placing different types of stuffing between these pasta sheets. The lasagna stuffing can either be with meat or just vegetables.
The lasagna must also contain béchamel sauce, which is poured not only between the pasta sheets, but also on top of the lasagna itself. Finally, our favorite lasagna with minced meat and béchamel sauce is sprinkled with yellow cheese or cheese of your choice.
The stuffing and béchamel sauce are prepared separately, the pasta sheets are also boiled separately. There are also lasagna sheets that are semi-cooked and used directly or only need to be soaked in water. Therefore, you should always read the manufacturer's instructions, which are always written on the package.
In this situation, once the lasagna is arranged with the pasta sheets and the filling of your choice, place it in the oven and bake it for 25-30 minutes at 360°F (180°C). The lasagna baking time is determined by the type of pasta sheets used.
Add the grated yellow cheese for the finish, then place it back in the oven, only to bake for a short time - at 390°F (200°C), just enough for the yellow cheese to melt and to catch a golden crust. Since all the other ingredients are prepared in advance, you do not need to bake it for a longer time.
Good luck!
