Couscous are small dried pasta grains made from coarsely ground durum wheat or wheat semolina. Its tastes similar to different types of pasta, but because it is extremely small, it's flavored much more evenly. Most often, couscous is boiled and eaten like pasta.
Couscous is very easy to boil - put it in boiling salted water and boil it until it's ready. It does not take much time to boil - it usually takes 5-10 minutes, as the grains are small and cook quickly. You can put a few drops of oil in the water so that the grains do not stick together.
Now the cooked couscous can be combined with meat and various vegetables. Keep in mind that different types of couscous are cooked for different times - for example the, Greek and Moroccan are boiled much faster, while some other types may take about 15 minutes.
