Soymilk is produced from soybeans by aqueous extraction. It can be sweetened or unsweetened and usually contains a thickener or stabilizer.
There is even chocolate flavored soy milk on the market.

Many popular brands of soy milk are fortified with vitamins and minerals, such as riboflavin, calcium and vitamins A, B12 and D. Unsweetened soy milk is a good source of vitamin B6, magnesium, folic acid, zinc and even vitamin K and iron.
Sweetened soy milk usually contains cane sugar and provides about 5-15g of added sugar per serving.
